• Sidu - Sidu is one of the most famous foods in Shimla. It is prepared with wheat flour-based steamed bread which is filled with lentils and a large amount of pure ghee.
• Dham - Dham is a vegetarian meal that contains a mixture of dishes like rice, rajma (kidney beans), moong dal, and boor ki kari (a type of curry). The Dham is served on plates of leaves.
• Anardana Chicken - In this meal the chicken is cooked in fragrant spiced with dried pomegranate seeds. This meal gives the flavor of tangy and acidic and it is pinkish-reddish in color.
