Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations made 30 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 29 -15 day(s) prior to the date of travel will incur a 50 % cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 15 day(s) from the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount.
- If flights are cancelled, then cancellation amount will be given according to the airline rules and regulations
- In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery. For the Above cases applicable refund will take maximum 60 days, after the management/supplier approval post validating the supporting documents.
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Dream Travel Yaari wallet which can be used for future booking.
- Wallet amount can be used for Flight, Hotel and Package bookings only.
- Wallet amount is non transferable but can be used for someone else from the same amount.

• Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
• Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services specified.
• The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
• Guests are requested to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 10 minutes.
• We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, or personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.
• The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
• In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide an alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
• Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time varies from destination to destination and may be 1200 hrs, 1400 hrs, or 1500 hrs.
• Prices are dynamic and subject to change as per availability. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
• For any amendment requests while on tour, kindly contact us or our local emergency numbers. Requests shall be subject to availability with or without supplement charges.
• We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments arising due to events beyond our control such as technical problems in transportation, re-scheduling or cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather, terrorist activity, etc.
• Any increase in fuel prices, government taxes, or accommodation charges shall be charged additionally.
• Journey undertaken by air, land, or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
• Showing around all the places mentioned in the package depends upon the availability of time and climatic conditions.
• It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, valid identity proof, flight tickets, etc.
• At religious places like Mosques, guests are requested to wear decent clothes.
