As You Arrive At Bagdogra Airport (Ixb) or NJP Railway Station (NJP) our representative will meet you and you will proceed to Gangtok driving parallel to the breathtaking Teesta River. • After reaching Gangtok Check In to the Hotel, freshen Up And Then Spend The Day At Your Own Leisure. • You can Explore The Charming Streets Of Gangtok (MG Marg by Your Own) & enjoy delicious Local Delights And Shop For Some Exquisite Handicrafts. •Get Back To The Hotel To Rest.

Hop Off To Tsomgo Lake and Seek Baba Harbhajan’s Blessings At The Most Popular Temple Of Sikkim On This Day Of Your Gangtok Darjeeling Trip Itinerary. • Wake Up To A Beautiful Day, Have A Filling Breakfast & Proceed For The Sightseeing Tour. • Set Off On Your Excursion To Tsomgo Lake Near Gangtok known For Changing Colours. The Tsomgo Lake Is Amongst The Most Visited Tourist Attraction In Gangtok. Further Visit The Famous Baba Mandir Built In Fond Memory Of Late Major Baba Harbhajan Singh. • Return To Your Hotel And End This Tiring Day Of Your Gangtok-Darjeeling Holiday With A Revitalising Dose Of Sleep. • Optional : One Can Opt For Nathula Excursion By Paying A Supplement Cost Which Varies From Month To Month. You can stroll around Darjeeling Mall Road and Spend time Shopping. Night at the hotel.

Begin This Morning Early As You Are Taken To Tiger Hill To Get An Awe-Inspiring View Of Mt. Later Visit Batasia Loop & Ghoom Monastry. • Head Back To The Hotel For A Wholesome Breakfast. • Later In The Day Visit The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Thursday Closed), The Padmaja N. Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations made 30 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 29 -15 day(s) prior to the date of travel will incur a 50 % cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 15 day(s) from the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount.
- If flights are cancelled, then cancellation amount will be given according to the airline rules and regulations
- Cruise cancellation is according to their terms and conditions
- Visa Fee is non-refundable once paid
- TCS is non-refundable once paid
- In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery. For the Above cases applicable refund will take maximum 60 days, after the management/supplier approval post validating the supporting documents.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Dream Travel Yaari wallet which can be used for future booking.
- Wallet amount can be used for Flight, Hotel and Package bookings only.
- Wallet amount is non transferable but can be used for someone else from the same amount.

- Minimum 2 adults required to confirm the above package
- Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
- Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services, specified.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
- Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 10 minutes.
- We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time varies from destination to destination, 1200 hrs or 1400 hrs or 1500 hrs
- Prices are dynamic and subject to change as per the availability. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
- For any amendment requests while on tour, kindly contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally

- Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions
- It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
- Dream Travel Yaari (a unit of DTYHOLIDAYS LLP) is not responsible for any visa rejection, visa delay etc., as it depends on the discretion of respective embassy. Please provide all the documents required for visa on time, DTY is not liable for any delay in processing or approval of Visa.
- All Vouchers are released after final payment is done.
