About this journey
One of the holiest pilgrimage circuits of four abodes named Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath in India. In this Yatra, we will travel to Yamunotri and Gangotri by road with our Private Vehicle then we will travel to Guptkashi, from there we will fly to Kedarnath Ji and Badrinath Ji by Helicopter.
We understand that how much this Yatra is important for a Pilgrim and keeping this in mind we offer a safe and well-planned Itinerary for this Yatra.

Your route, one day at a time
- D1
Day 1 — Arrival at DehradunBreakfast + dinner
The tour Commences with pick up from Dehradun Airport or Railway station as per your given arrival time, followed by drop at the hotel. Yatris’ are advised to reach Dehradun before 1700 Hrs, so that our team will meet and greet them in their hotel to give necessary information and a detailed briefing to each guest about the Yatra Schedule.

Day 2 — DEHRADUN – KHARSALI (BY ROAD)Breakfast + dinner
07:00 AM Departure from Dehradun Hotel. 14:00 PM Arrival Kharsali, Yamunotri. Upon arrival at Kharsali, Check in to your hotel, take rest. Evening walk for a local tour in Kharsali, visiting winter temple of Yamuna Ji, Shani Temple, etc. Dinner and Overnight stay at Kharsali.

Day 3 — Yamunotri Breakfast + dinner
Yamunotri (is the source of the sacred river Yamuna that originates from the glaciar lake of Saptarishikund, at an altitude of 4,421 meters. dedicated to capricious Goddess Yamuna, this ancient temple has been a pilgrimage for centuries). 06:00 AM Departure from Kharsali Hotel, carry your packed breakfast from hotel and transfer by Palki / Pony to Yamunotri Temple. 12:00 PM Arrival Kharsali, Yamunotri. 13:00 PM Depart for Uttarkashi, Early morning depart for Yamunotri temple which is 5 Km far from Kharsali, The trek is 5km Long and you will be then carried by palkis/ Pony to Yamunotri Temple. Return trip by palki takes about 4-5 hours or one can go by walk also. After Darshan return back to Kharsali. And proceed towards Uttarkashi, after reaching Uttarkashi check into hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

Day 4 — Gangotri Breakfast + dinner
Ganga, India’s most sacred river is inextricably linked to our past, present, and future and it is the very important essence of our cycle of life and death. The journey to its source is to reinforce those systems of belief that have been held sacred by our ancestors for centuries). 07:00 AM Breakfast at Uttarkashi Hotel, and proceed to Gangotri Temple Gangotri temple is about 100 kms from Uttarkashi Hotel and it takes about 3-4 Hours to reach at Gangotri Temple. After Darshan, return from Gangotri to Uttarkashi, evening back to hotel. and Overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 5 — Uttarkashi - Guptkashi Breakfast + dinner
After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed towards Guptkashi, after reaching Gupkashi, check in to hotel, have some rest. Dinner and Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 6 — GUPTKASHI – KEDARNATH – BADRINATH – GUPTKASHIBreakfast + dinner
Kedarnath (One of the 12 Jyotirlinga’s, set in the beautiful Mandakini valley, cupped by lofty peaks, the majestic Kedarnath temple stands on a glacial terrace, remnant of an ancient glacier – long since melted. This is lord Shiva’s territory – and the region is a living testimony to his adventures and exploits. The temple is believed to have been built by the Pandavas, protagonists of the Mahabharat, as a tribute to lord Shiva having forgiven them for fratricide after an exciting chase through the Himalayas). Badrinath Ji (The Badrinath shrine is believed to be as old as time itself, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this temple was re-established by Adi Shankaracharya in the 8th century as part of his mission to revitalise Hinduism, located on the banks of the rishi ganga (Alaknanda) the temple and the numerous ancient sites around it, is indeed a worthy goal to aim for). 05:00 AM Proceed for Sersi Helipad. From Sersi, we have to fly to Kedarnath Ji Temple via Shuttle Helicopter, Shuttle Helicopter Tickets will be provided for Kedarnath Ji, after reaching Kedarnath Ji Helipad, which is just 500 meters away from the temple, our Ground staff will take you to the temple and arrange your Darshan. After Darshan return to Kedarnath Ji helipad and then transfer back to Sersi via shuttle Helicopter. After reaching Sersi proceed for Badrinath Ji by Helicopter, After arrival at Badrinath Ji helipad, our ground staff will take the Yatris’ to the temple and assist them in doing their Darshan at the temple. After Darshan at Badrinath Ji, come back to helipad and fly back to Sersi, after reaching Sersi transfer to Guptkashi Hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 7 — Return to DehradunBreakfast
08:00 AM Breakfast at Guptkashi Hotel 09:00 AM Departure for Dehradun 15:00 PM Arrival Dehradun On arrival at Dehradun you will be transferred to Airport / Railway station. This is the end of Chardham Yatra with sweet and religious memories which will remain in your heart and make your soul ‘SACRED’ forever.

Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations made 30 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 29 -15 day(s) prior to the date of travel will incur a 50 % cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 15 day(s) from the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount.
- If flights are cancelled, then cancellation amount will be given according to the airline rules and regulations
- Cruise cancellation is according to their terms and conditions
- Visa Fee is non-refundable once paid
- TCS is non-refundable once paid
- In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery. For the Above cases applicable refund will take maximum 60 days, after the management/supplier approval post validating the supporting documents.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Dream Travel Yaari wallet which can be used for future booking.
- Wallet amount can be used for Flight, Hotel and Package bookings only.
- Wallet amount is non transferable but can be used for someone else from the same amount.

- Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
- Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services, specified.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
- Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 10 minutes.
- We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time varies from destination to destination, 1200 hrs or 1400 hrs or 1500 hrs
- Prices are dynamic and subject to change as per the availability. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
- For any amendment requests while on tour, kindly contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally

- Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions
- It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
- Dream Travel Yaari (a unit of DTYHOLIDAYS LLP) is not responsible for any visa rejection, visa delay etc., as it depends on the discretion of respective embassy. Please provide all the documents required for visa on time, DTY is not liable for any delay in processing or approval of Visa.
- All Vouchers are released after final payment is done.
