Day 1 — Hanoi Arrival – Free DayRoom only
Accommodation: Hotel Transportation: 7-seater private car Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our driver and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi. The rest of your day is free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2 — Hanoi City Full-Day Tour (Sharing) with LunchBreakfast
Accommodation: Hotel Transportation: Shuttle bus Your Hanoi City tour begins with hotel pickup between 8:00 and 8:30 AM. The first stop is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you can see the embalmed body of Uncle Ho and explore the gardens, including the two houses where he lived and worked from 1954 to 1969. Next, visit the One Pillar Pagoda, an iconic Buddhist temple dedicated to the Goddess of Mercy. Please dress modestly when visiting religious sites. Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum is closed on Mondays and Fridays, though visitors can still explore the area and take photos. It is also closed from June 15 to August 15 for annual maintenance. At 10:15 AM, continue to the Vietnam Ethnology Museum to learn about the cultures of Vietnam’s 54 ethnic groups. If your tour falls on a Monday, you will visit the Vietnamese Women’s Museum instead. Around 12:30 PM, enjoy a Vietnamese lunch at a local restaurant, with vegetarian options available. In the afternoon, visit Tran Quoc Pagoda at 1:30 PM, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, located on Golden Fish Island in West Lake. At 2:30 PM, explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university, founded in 1070. At 3:30 PM, head to Hoa Lo Prison, built by the French between 1886 and 1901. Once known as "A Hell on Earth," the site now serves as a museum showcasing Vietnam’s struggle for independence. The tour concludes at 4:30 PM with a return transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, your private car will transfer you to Mega Grand World, a vibrant entertainment and shopping complex designed in a European style with colorful architecture, canals, and lively streets. Stroll through themed zones such as Venice River, the Miniature Wonders, and the dazzling light shows that come alive in the evening. Explore local boutiques, take photos at picturesque corners, and indulge in various dining options offering both Vietnamese and international cuisine. After your visit, return to your hotel to rest. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4 — Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Cruise – Sea Lion Cruise (Sharing) with LunchBreakfast
Accommodation: Hotel Transportation: Shuttle bus In the morning, your driver will pick you up from the hotel for a scenic drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its breathtaking limestone karsts and emerald waters. Upon arrival, board a day cruise and set sail through the stunning bay, passing by iconic formations such as Fighting Cock Islet, Stone Dog Islet, and Incense Burner Islet. During the cruise, explore one of Halong Bay’s most famous limestone caves, marveling at its impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Then, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch on board while taking in the panoramic views of the bay. Depending on the itinerary, you may have the chance to kayak or take a bamboo boat ride around a floating fishing village, immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the bay. In the afternoon, the cruise returns to the pier, where your driver will be waiting to take you back to Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel in the evening and enjoy the rest of your night at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5 — Hanoi Departure - Airport transferBreakfast
Transportation: 7-seater private car Enjoy some free time to relax or explore the city at your own pace. When it's time for your departure, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to Noi Bai International Airport. Arrive at the airport in time for check-in and security procedures. Take your flight home with wonderful memories of your trip to Vietnam. End of services. Goodbye and see you again!

Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations made 30 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 29 -15 day(s) prior to the date of travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 15 day(s) from the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount.
- If flights are cancelled, then cancellation amount will be given according to the airline rules and regulations
- Cruise cancellation is according to their terms and conditions
- Visa Fee is non-refundable once paid
- TCS is non-refundable once paid
- In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery. For the Above cases applicable refund will take maximum 60 days, after the management/supplier approval post validating the supporting documents.
Refund Policy:
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Dream Travel Yaari wallet which can be used for future booking.
- Wallet amount can be used for Flight, Hotel and Package bookings only.
- Wallet amount is non-transferable but can be used for someone else from the same amount.

- Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
- Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services, specified.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
- Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 10 minutes.
- Booking amount is Non-refundable
- We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time varies from destination to destination, 1200 hrs or 1400 hrs or 1500 hrs ? Prices are dynamic and subject to change as per the availability. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
- For any amendment requests while on tour, kindly contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally

- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions
- It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
- In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
