The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls were well protected, Maiden Tower and The Palace of the Shirvan shahs which has been mentioned on UNESCO’S World Cultural Heritage list. ❖ 10:00 -10:30 Maiden Tower ❖ 10:30-11:00 The Palace of the Shirvan shahs ❖ 11:00-11:30 Juma Mosque, ❖ 11:30-12:00 Old caravanserais ❖ 12:00-12:30 Bath houses ❖ 12:30-13:00 Museum of Miniature Books ❖ 13:00-14:00 : Lunch in Restaurant ❖ 14:15-15:00 National Carpet Museum ❖ 15:00-15:30 Little Venice ❖ Ferris Wheel ride 15:45-16:00 ❖ Philharmonia Garden-sometimes called Gubernator's or Governor's Park, is a park in Baku, Azerbaijan, next to Baku fortress. The park was established beginning in 1830; ship's captains coming from Iran were asked to bring a sack of soil to add to it. It was extended in the 1860s and 1870s to 4.6 hectares (11 acres) and originally called Mixaylovbağı, Mikhaelovsky Garden, after the governor. ❖ Group will experience the happening street of Nizami Street known for shopping. The street's history could be traced back to Baku's town-planning project of 1864. The street runs through the city's downtown from west to east. It begins from Abdulla Shaig Street, in mountainous part of the city and ends at railroad bed on Sabit Orujov Street, near a monument to Shah Ismail Khatai in “Black City”. Total length of the street is 3,538 m. ❖ Fountains Square is a public square in downtown Baku, capital of Azerbaijan. The square was previously called Parapet and is often referenced to by the same name now. The name of the fountains square derives from the presence of dozens of fountains throughout the square first constructed during Soviet rule of Azerbaijan. The square is a public gathering place, especially after business hours and during the weekend. ❖ 21:30-22:30 DINNER ❖ Back to Hotel

Day 3 — ABSHERON TOUR/SHOPPING TOURBreakfast
❖ 08:00-09:00 Breakfast in Hotel ❖ 10:00-12:00 Absheron Tour ❖ Trip to "Fire Mountain"-"Yanardag" -a mountain on Absheron peninsula , 25 km from north of Baku. Literally, word "Yanardag" means "Blazing mountain". Blazing bodies of flame dance on stones and floor. Yanar dag is a natural gas fire which blazes continuously on a hillside on the Absheron Peninsula on the Caspian Sea near Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, which itself is known as the "land of fire." Tour starts with Ateshgah (Fire Worshippers Temple) Based on Persian and Indian inscriptions, the temple was used as a Hindu and Zoroastrian place of worship. “Atash” is the Persian word for fire. ❖ 13:00-14:00 LUNCH ❖ 14:30-15:30 Tour continues with the visit to the charming example of modern achticture - The Heydar Aliyev Center- a 57,500 m2 building complex in Baku, Azerbaijan designed by Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid and noted for its distinctive architecture and flowing, curved style that eschews sharp angles. The center is named after Heydar Aliyev, the first secretary of Soviet Azerbaijan from 1969 to 1982, and president of Azerbaijan Republic from October 1993 to October 2003. Before you book
Cancellation & refund policy
- Cancellations made 30 day(s) before the scheduled date of Travel will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations made 29 -15 day(s) prior to the date of travel will incur a 50 % cancellation fee of the total package amount.
- Cancellations within 15 day(s) from the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total package amount.
- If flights are cancelled, then cancellation amount will be given according to the airline rules and regulations
- Cruise cancellation is according to their terms and conditions
- Visa Fee is non-refundable once paid
- TCS is non-refundable once paid
- In Case of Death of Passenger, Death of Parents, wife, children or siblings, Accident, Hospitalization, Surgery. For the Above cases applicable refund will take maximum 60 days, after the management/supplier approval post validating the supporting documents.
Refund Policy
- The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
- All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Dream Travel Yaari wallet which can be used for future booking.
- Wallet amount can be used for Flight, Hotel and Package bookings only.
- Wallet amount is non transferable but can be used for someone else from the same amount.
Terms & conditions
- Minimum 2 adults required to confirm the above package
- Refund strictly as per the cancellation policy given.
- Package rates are valid for the selected travel dates only and for the room category and other services, specified.
- The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort / hotel where they are accommodated.
- Request guests to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 10 minutes.
- We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- In the unfortunate event of vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to event will not be compensated.
- Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time varies from destination to destination, 1200 hrs or 1400 hrs or 1500 hrs
- Prices are dynamic and subject to change as per the availability. Rates include only those items specified in your itinerary.
- For any amendment requests while on tour, kindly contact us or our local emergency numbers and the request shall be subject to availability, with/without any supplement charge.
- We do not hold any responsibility for additional cost or adjustment which may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by re-scheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity etc. Also, any subsequent increase in the cost, which may arise from the increase of fuel price, govt taxes or accommodation charges shall have to be charged additionally
- We shall have no legal liability for any loss, damage, personal injury arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your Holiday.
- Journey undertaken by air, land or sea is governed by the terms and conditions of the service provider.
- The guest booking our services is expected to provide a valid identity authenticating the person and you shall not make a reservation in a fictitious name.
- Showing around all the places mentioned in our packages depend upon the availability of time and climatic conditions
- It is the responsibility of the guest to carry all necessary travel documents such as accommodation voucher / confirmation, passport, other valid identity proof, flight/air tickets etc.
- Dream Travel Yaari (a unit of DTYHOLIDAYS LLP) is not responsible for any visa rejection, visa delay etc., as it depends on the discretion of respective embassy. Please provide all the documents required for visa on time, DTY is not liable for any delay in processing or approval of Visa.
